Our prime focus is the incorporation of breathing spaces, green patches, and pockets, for ventilation and views. Generally, the plot sizes are small, so we try to keep the building footprint minimum, to achieve more free space for gardens and green areas. Internal layouts have interconnected spaces, encouraging human interaction but our priority is privacy, and we maintain that well.

Our design approach is generally fixed; experiential spaces with an abundance of light with controlled heat, interlocking solids, open floor planning with fluidity of spaces, materials in earth tones and fair-faced, highly Eco-friendly, and requiring very low maintenance.
