The design aims to reflect the energy and lifestyle of the clients, with elements that repeat throughout the house to maintain cohesion. The primary objective of this project was to create a compact yet rich living environment that offers privacy and community for a large family. The design focuses on openness, natural light, and material contrasts to enrich the living experience. The project is built on a 10-marla plot. The site accommodates three separate residential units, allowing for shared living arrangements while maintaining privacy. The design aesthetic reflects a blend of modern, minimalist principles with a focus on material contrasts. The hall with living and dining space acts as a central feature, with its glazed ends, promoting openness and natural lighting. The material palette will juxtapose fine-grain wood against rough concrete, creating a tactile and visual contrast; Fine-grain wood for warmth and texture, rough concrete for an industrial edge The aesthetic goal was to create a sun-filled, light-drenched living space that emphasizes openness and material richness.
